Artwork by Viridian Artists Director Emerita Vernita Nemec will be featured in Welcome to the Neighborhood: Forty Years of Gallery Onetwentyeight, an upcoming exhibition celebrating the NYC gallery’s 40th anniversary.

This exhibition brings together more than forty artists who have had long relationships with the gallery and its founder, artist Kazuko Miyamoto.

The exhibition will be on view from November 7 through 22, 2026, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, November 7, from 5–7 PM.
