Sue Rollins

Artist Bio

Sue Rollins (b. 1960, Hollywood, FL) is a painter and printmaker based in Guilford, CT. Her work focuses on the interior and exterior landscape, both real and imagined.

Rollins’ solo and duo shows include LAND WATER SKY at Keyes Gallery, in Stony Creek, CT and “Altered Landscapes” with Maria Markham at City Gallery, New Haven, CT. Select group shows include Visionary Art Collective’s “She Carries the Sky,” 74th and 75th A-1 Exhibit at Silvermine Gallery in New Canaan, 2025 Faber Birren National Color Show, 2025 Nor’easter at the New Britain Museum of American Art, Mattatuck Museum Mixmaster in 2025, 2021, 2019 and 2017, “How is the Weather?” at Orange County Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Ana, CA and Director’s Choice at Viridian Gallery, NYC. She is an affiliate of Viridian Artists in NYC, a member of the Silvermine Guild of Artists and an elected member of Connecticut Women Artists. She received a BFA from the University of Florida, Gainesville and studied with abstract expressionist Hiram Williams and printmaker Ken Kerslake.
